I've already searched, and nothing came up, so my question is, for those people who have painted their bottom half of their stock taillights black on 5th Gens., what kind of paint do you use, and were could I get some?? I'm talking about that clear color black also...

Im lookin to do somethin to my tail lights... but all my other options are too expensive, or dumb, like the altazerras.... and I dont know what your talking about. Do you got any pics?

 

Not sure about the black, but I think my friends used something called Nightshade to smoke their taillights. Think they bought it at Home Depot.

If you want red, I forgot what company but it's transparent Candy Apple red.

 

model car paint works great like the transparent red painted over the amber part of the light makes it look killer... i did that to my 92 accord and a nice mod for only $5 and you they have hundreds of other colors and other stuff like that

 

Thats the stuff I'm talking about. Its a transparent black color, but I have no idea what brand of paint to get....

 

go to autozone and buy flat black krylon...make sure its NOT TRANSPARENT...you'll be good to go...
