Default My B20z TB is 61.5mm.... WTF?

I always thought it was 60mm, but I just measured it to be 61.5mm. did it a couple times just to make sure... Im pleasantly suprised.

61.5mm is the inner diameter on the end that connects to the intake tube

So this means that the TB size reduces from 61.5 to 60mm?
