Default H22A SH or Non-SH?

Can someone please tell me what extacly the H22A is. I know that it is a 92-00 Prelude, and I know all the specs (hp,torque, redline, etc.) but i'm not sure what I look under. Is this a non-sh or the sh? Any help is greatly appreciated. I've posted a link to the engine so you all can check out what i'm talking about if need so. Thanks again

Default Re: H22A SH or Non-SH? (EGB18)

Well i was just corrected in another thread about what i thought about the H22a was wrong, so NOW i think i have it...

The H22a is basically the JDM spec H22 block engine. The H22a4 is the engine that was put in all US preludes... but you can swap out to a h22a which is the JDM spec engine, which is a non SH type.

The Type S is a direct swap for the SH... and the h22a is a direct swap for the h22a4.
