Default obd-1 distributor on obd-0 ecu/wiring harness

has anyone done it? Is it as simple as re pinning the connectors?

It's been done many times. You can repin seven of the nine wires. The other two wires will have to be cut/spliced due to pin differences(ICM -&gt;black/yellow and Tach-&gt;blue).
