yeah does anyone know how to put on coil overs or know a site that tells you step by step? please help

 

Coilovers are nothing more than shocks and springs. Adjustable coilovers have an added sleeve (usually) that allows you to adjust the height of the car by adjusting the relationship of the spring to the shock. Here's a "how-to" for you:
