I wouldn't get, but I'm an OEM guy. At least fill the spot where the "H" used to be with some black mesh or something to stop rocks and thieves from entering the engine bay.

reguardlesss how it looks, if it was functional, it would be badass.
connect ducting to the 2 holes on the far ends and run the ducting to the center of the brake rotor.
boom, functional brake cooler.

Alright dude. A few things you need to do to make it look right
Paint the grills black, put them back in. It looks really bad that we can see right through the front grill and through those circular "brake ducts"
Get 3 flexible 3" pipe from RS akimoto and duct those circular "brake ducts" right onto... you guesses it, the brakes. Make it functional, right now the front bumper looks very confused.
Do it.

I think it looks pretty damn good for you doing it yourself, just paint the mesh black like you said, and I would put some of the black mesh where the honda symbol used to be. the functional brake cooler would be cool too, but I dont know how you would contruct that.
