Hi, I am thinking of buying a 03 v6 accord coupe Automatic (need it for traffic driving to/from work). What do you guys think about it? Also, is there any power gains when adding mods like, header, intake, etc? let me know please, I may be buying as soon as tomorrow.

if it is just a commuter car why mod it? not much is available yet anyway. if it were me i would buy it and leave it like it is for now, int certaily isnt a slouch.

 

The intake will give a few hp and the exhaust will free up a few more as well. They are great cars. Just wait there should be some more stuff for them soon.

 

Well, it is a commuter car but that doesnt mean it should be a boring ride to/from work. Has anyone tested a header system in one yet, do you guys think it will yield as much hp as the cl type s did with just free flowing header (cl type s makes as much as 30 hp with comptech header, i heard).

 

a '03+ V6 coupe is nice commuter car. even though it's auto it's pretty damn quick. i doubt headers will be out anytime soon for it and i don't think an exhaust is going to add much power either. i would get an intake and call it day. supposedly if you run premium fuel it can adjust to it give you more power too.
