Default h23 or h22

can someone here enlighten me on the HP and TQ outputs of the h22a VTEC and the h23 VTEC? the latter is from an integra i found overseas and it has a blue head and says VTEC.
ill be swapping one in my civic and was wondering which one would be better...thanks

H22. cheaper. easier to find. more parts avalable. there's a button in the top right of this page, right above the horizontal blue bar. it says "search." click on that. then enter text. submit. a wealth of information is archived in that magic link. use it. i do all the time. everybody does it. you should too.

It's hard to find an H23 VTEC motor... With my 96 H23 Si, I just kept the H23 block and swapped the head for an H22 Vtec Head.
