Linkage troubles...?
i just got done putting a b16 in my crx and i bought the HAsport linkage and its kinda sloppy? wtf... i thought it was supposed to be tight and nice? is there any ways i cand adjust it to make it better.... its hella hard to put it in 3rd when you shift kinda fast... anyone had this problem?
The Hasport "linkage" (as I understand it) is just the two shift rods and they have been modified (or fabricated new) from Integra arms. They are hard items and shouldn't be the exact cause of any "sloppyness".
I'd recommend that you pick up the Energy Suspension shift bushings (from Lightning Motorsports) and see if it solves your problem. They are not that costly.
Be sure when ordering that you tell them that you have a "B" series transmission mounted. It makes a difference in what they supply you!
