Buget Suspension Review
Budget Suspension for 1991 Honda CRX “DX”
Needs and Wants: I needed a set up I could commute on 5-7 days a week about 50min each way. I wanted something where I could have some fun on the weekends without having a crappy commute, but still have great handling and a little if not ANY body roll when I throw the car around
“The Gear”:
Springs: H&R O.E.; drop est. .75” all around, nice spring rate, not too stiff, not too soft.
Struts: Tokico Hp’s a.ka. blues. Smooth, non-adjustable, inexpensive.
Overall: Nothing but good
Thoughts: I feel this set up is great for what it was intended for. Plus I ran me a less than $400! I managed to get some nice lateral g’s last night in the Crx, that was fun. Wednesday I take it out on the interstate for the long haul, I expect nothing but good! I hope this helps someone here on h-t. IF there are any questions, i'll do my best to answer
