Ummm... what are your goals? Best comes down to taste and driving style. I am guessing with a question as general as this that you would prolly be best with something close to stock, dropped, and slap on a few strut bars.
Figure out what you want, and try driving some cars with tight setups.

I would go with some springs, H&R or Tein would be my preference, then shocks.. koni yellows, tokico illumina's, kyb agx.. but if you have the money, I would get Bilstein's, much better than the above imo..
And a strut bar up front, and back, and maybe a rear lower tie bar if you just want one.. the front lower tie bars sacrifice ground clearance like crazy..
then if your really serious about tracking this car, aftermarket sway bars, polyeurethane bushings, etc would be nice..
