Was it really hot? Because if it was cool one day and really hot the next that makes a very big difference.

Exactly what I was going to say. Drive your car a cool night during this summer and then see if it pulls. You might be getting used

Where are you tapped for the boost guage? Maybe it is a boost leak? I highly doubt it though. I would say plugs. What is the setup? I am running 1000cc injectors being fed by an Aeromotive pump, if I stall my car even one time I instantly foul my plugs.

i had a simiar problem and then i saw i blew a wastegate gasket and one off the bolts had backed it self. This caused the turbo to spool alot later adn mad it slow as **** (relative to before)

You should hear an exhaust leak if that was the case. . . .

Default response

m R g S r: i drove it at night in very cool weather.

Kwuaymaikrup: boost showing 10psi so i don't think it is a leak anywhere. my setup it
b16a1
t3/t4 turbo
vafc
dsm 450cc
tial 35mm wastegate
no fmu

SiRiUsWeRkS: my piping seems to be okay. when i had a leak (my 90 degree elbow ripped) i was losing boost. so if i had a leak i would lose boost right?

Mad Chemist: how would i know this happens?(im still a noob sorry)

thanx guys.

.028-.030 is what id do for stock ignition and about 10psi.

also id hate to make this an added possiblilty but when ring lands crack sometimes you wont even notice except for a slightly loss in power. a compression test will tell u for sure tho. couldnt hurt to check

if your ring lands cracked...you'd notice smoke coming out of your breather. might want to check for that too...

not always true.

check for an exhaust leak, either at the turbo to manifole, or the turbo to downpipe, or wastegate.

Do a compression test. You have very poor fuel management, so I am inclined to think you may have melted a piston.
