if u go ls/vetc, the power from tat is alot more if u do the same mods on a gsr. but wit tat, u have to mod a lot of different things to make it run safe and effective. go to Full-Race.com and talk to henry bc he did the same set up on his ride PM him.

again.... it all depends on what your goals are. daily driven, i'd go gsr cuz of reliability (unless you plan on doing ur ls-v right, but most ppl dont). im going ls-v and its a daily driver. but im completely rebuilding it. althogh i dont have oil squirters, i do have a gsr: girdle, pickup, windage, oil pan, water/oil pump, and t belt. im spending well over 1500 on my block so it depends on what you wanna spend. but honely, for power/reliability, get a jdm b18c and get springs, ti retainers, and cams. gl

I would just get the GSR motor and build it.
