i think i blew my piston rings, but lets see

looking under hook to the back left of the motor(passenger side of car) there is a black tube coming from valve cover, usually connected to intake for vacuum, i dunno anyway, it is spewing smoke, then while motor is running i take off oil cap, and smoke putts out top under a good amount of pressure like a damn steam engine........did i fry a ring??
