Hmm, cams, I/H/E, better ECU or fuel computer...Turbo, N2O, supercharger...the list is endless..a perfect fit would be a fit exactly like stock...try fiber images.

Please, please search...I was interested in cams last night, and instead of posting toda or JUN, I searched and found a ton of information.

 

The following would help in your case:
1. Comptech Icebox w/ stock elbow. (~$200)
2. JDM 4-1 header + high flow cat (~$400 + $200)
3. Toda Spec A cams or Spoon cams ($850 or ~$1000)
4. Stock exhaust ($0)
5. JDM 4.785 final drive ($450)
6. Kumho 712's ($240)

I say "in your case" as Seattle rainy seasons can suck a big one. (I lived there for 10+ years.) These mods give you no worries about hydrolock (Icebox), scraping in downtown Seattle (JDM 4-1 header), "drop-in" cams for good midrange & torque, stock exhaust to avoid cop's attention and JDM FD to pull away from ricers. Last but not least, DO NOT DRIVE w/ RE010's in the rain... I would seriously pickup Kumho 712's to avoid skidding during the rainy months. Let me know if you have questions.
