Timing Belt change/Oil Pump question?????????
I know there are many posts on timing belt changes and related problems, however, I did not see anything like this in the archives.
'90 Accord LX - timing belt broke, changed both timing belt and balance belt and wter pump. After putting everything back together, now my oil pressure warning light comes when the car is running. Not at first, but after it warms up and tryinto drive it. Is it possible the belt tension is incorrect? Would loose belt tension prevent the oil pump from turning enough to keep the proper pressure when the engine is uner load?
Need help ASAP. Thanks in advance!
