Header swap question....
I just got my used D16y8 DC 4-2-1 header in the mail and noticed that it has 2 bungs tapped. What are they to connect to on my D16a6? One should go to the O2, but which one and what about the other? Thanks in advance,

Plug it with a short bolt or an old o2 sensor. I had the same thing on my exhaust(Not DC) and I asked my friend who has been working on Honda's for years and that is what he said to do. Some of the after market headers come with 2 holes for some reason, Maybe because of a universal fit for some other model, Not quit sure. You will need to use the upper hole. Hope this helps!
yea, just plug it with an old o2 sensor.
the reason your header came with two o2 sensor bungs and is because of the the gen differences, like the 88-91 uses the bung on the runners while the 92+ uses the bung closer to the end,it's there so one header will fit all d-series

perfect. thanks again.
does anyone know where to get the gasket for the header where it funnels to 2 pipes? Is there a gasket? Furthermore, does the stock header gasket (at the block) work on the aftermarket header?

i know for sure the exhaust gasket (to the block) will work and the other gasket should work same for the exhaust manifold. Some one back me up the 2nd gasket
