is this normal for a ITR rear sway bar??

i think that may be the place it was held while it was bent. My old gsr sway bar had them too when i took it off.

yeah that is what i was thinking what the bumps were there for, to keep it in tact however its a wide array. theres more on the other side of the bushing also
