My integra starts for about 20 seconds and then it just dies. It dies with a check light but when i try to pull the code, i get nothing. I got a new distributor, spark plugs, new spark plug wires, and make sure all the grounds are on the frame. What else could be wrong with the car?

 

did you check your idle? timing?

 

losing compression? if your car is losing to much compression due to blown head gasket or possibly bent valves, your car will shut down.

 

rule #1 when you got a problem dont always consider the worse first. Sure it could be all those other things but first try all your sensors, usually suspects are usually O2 sensors, or some kind of sensor, your ecu senses soemething wrong and is shutting the car down to protect it. Keep checking for codes,it has to throw something at you. Check your relays too, spark plugs, and your fuel system, it might be the pump or your filter. good luck.
