I would have to say 17's because your limited by tires, the wall becomes so thin with a 35 series tire, and they don't make a lower aspect ratio tire, so your limited to 17's which is too much in the first place IMO.

I ran 17's at one point. They are too big, I will not run anything bigger then a 15" now. I really like 14's amd 15's.

The biggest wheels that you could put in an EF and still have it dropped would be 18"

How I know cause I had 18" wheels on my rust bucket before. Just need to roll the rear quarter panel a little and it won't scrap at all. Now the fronts will rub when you do a complete U-Turn.

The tire size that I had was 215-35-18.

19" will not be too streetable on an EF, show yes but not street driven. You will have to seriously modify the front and the rear so that the wheels fit and you can't drop it as you like unless you do a wide body CRX(which should never being done, just deface a beautify CRX).

I have pics my CRX when I had the rims on, go to my home page and check it out.

Note my AVATAR

Oh yeah it will lift your car like an 1 1/2" off the ground with the 18"s. Bottom line 18" will be the biggest anyone should go on an EF.
