i have remove a door panel on my 94 teg but i can't figure out how to get my rex's off because off the door mounted seat belts. how do i take the seat belts off so that i can take off the panel?

 

first thing is to crimp or pinch the pins on the window shield and take that off carefully without bending the **** out of it and the plastic piece is held in I believe by two pins that need to be pushed in from the back or just pop it out from below. then slide the seatbelt through the given slice under the plastic piece that you popped out and walaaaaa....

 

whats this about crimping the pins? what pins and what is the window sheild? are you talking about the 4 x 6 inch piece of plastic at the bottom of the panel? does the seat belt really come off (unbolted?) or do you just take a couple pieces of plastic off, disconnect the seat belt and unfeed it through the panel slots?

 

just unscrew every screw u see on the door. after that just pull and all the plastic pieces that are ' snapped' in will pop the panel off.

now that its hanging by the seat belt at the top...pull back the inside window molding and u will notice a bunch of small plastic screws..undo the first two and then slide the belt off.

if ur trying to remove the seat belts too..god luck with that. i just ******* cut mine off and then drilled thu the riveted part at the top...

 

took me like 2 minutes to figure it out...
