The problem is when I close the door the belt doesent move and the light blinks an flashes. I think it's the switch in the door lactch or the wiering to the seatbelt ECU.

bump. I need this because i only have a lap belt and dont feel safe in my daly driver.

mine does that sometimes but it is the plug on the door that comes out sometimes
and if not check the fuses on the positive terminal of the battery that is for the seat belts
and if not check the fuses on the positive terminal of the battery that is for the seat belts

those are all good. fuses too. the plug used to come loose but I taped it up months ago. still would like service manual section if posible.
