Taking off head

I am taking off my head just to replace my leaky head gasket. What kind of head gasket should i get? Mugen? Also, i read a post about ARP head studs, why are these good?

Get the Mugen if you have a B18C5

You don`t need the arp`s if you are just running bolt-ons.
