Hesitation between 2k and 3k RPMS

Hesitation between 2k and 3k RPMS
I have this hesitation between 2-3k RPMS. The car has 30k and its a V6.
I put injector cleaner in the tank this week and really have not noticed any improvement. And also Seafoamed it too. Would the plugs be bad?
It misses pretty bad for those 1000k rpms. Any solutions? Thanks
