Mushy Brakes 91 integra
Ok this is starting to bug me
replaced fluid (Dot 4)
replaced MC (new)
Replaced pads (new ,stock)
Replaced Disks (new)
Brakes are ROCK solid when car is off. Turn car on peddle goes to the floor. The brakes work but their very mushy.
one way valve on booster line works and is going the right direction.
I thought when the booster is bad the brake peddle becomes very stiff?
could it be the brake booster?
Any help would be great
Thanks

In what order did you bleed the lines? I remember it was something weird like Driver Front, Passenger Rear, etc... I'd have to check the manual again. If that was in the wrong order you would still have air in the lines.
As far as the brake booster, I'm not sure, my problem was fixed when I changed the MC.

changing the MC should have taken care of your problem, but proper bleeding is a must. Also look into a set of quality SS brake lines. But like it was said above, look into your bleeding.
Well technically you don't have to, but it makes it a lot easier to bleed out what you can. This way the MC passes less air into the lines, and the bleeding process won't be as long. Just remember to keep the fluid up in the MC as you bleed so that it doesn't suck more air down.
im having that same problem right now. my brakes are not working in the front though i swaped out my suspension with a 5 lug and i just bleded the fronts! i thought the air would circulate but i guess i was wrong. **** its a bitch swapping out a suspension yourself! I think i might just have to take it to my buddy's shop and let him do it. i think i had enough!

Unless you have a repair book for you car, that's probably a good guess.
Later systems, where the ABS doesn't have it's own reservior & bleeder, often go front-first, but the order still depends on the particular configuration. It's all based on which circuit is more likely to push bubbles into which other circuit.
I think if you do the wrong order, the only trouble is that you probably have to go around a couple more times before you get all the air out.
