wat does a 93 lude vtec put to the ground?

ok my friends tring to tell me hes getting like 170hp to the ground and im thinking its more like 140-150whp can someone clear this up?also whats that motor rated at stock?thanksfor help

stock they can dyno awywhere between 155-165 to the wheels...obviously the jdm one is a tad higher

Also depends on atmosphere/temperature. He could just have a fluke too.
