Default Radio Frequency Interference

Has anyone experienced RFI from the Civic Hybrid? My 2003 has a HIGH level of noise from near the bottom of the amateur HF spectrum. (3.5 mHz) and makes use of the frequencies above 14 mHz impossible. When the engine goes into autostop, the noise goes away. It has been determined that this is not coming through the DC power lines, but the antenna, which is properly grounded to the car.
