My OEM Gauges and Clock will not light up. Please help if you can. 00 Accord
Hey guys/gals, as the title says I'm having problems with my stock Gauge panel and my in dash clock. I just recently recieved my car from the body shop after having the rear bumper repaired when I noticed that as I turn my lights on the gauges and clock are EXTREMELY dim. They do light up when I engage my headlights but are hardly noticible. I'm probably just going to bring it back and complain until they fix it for free :-) , but I was wondering if anyone here had some knowledge or a personal experience and could tell me how to fix it. It is pissing me off so much because I drove my brother's shity Ford Ranger around for a week and when I finally got my baby back something was still broken.
Thanks for any help you all can give me. By the way the basic info on the car is in my sig and yes I did a search before posting. Thanks in advance for any help

<--- feels like an *** for saying this but...
where are the fuses?
Also, can anyone else with a 6th gen accord tell me if we are supposed to have a light come on when we open our trunk? Its been so long since I've used the car that i've forgotten if a light is back there. And if so then that light is not working either

Open up both the driver, and passenger doors. Look at the area where the dashboard actually starts. You will see two panels that you can remove quite easily. There is an entire row of fuses, and a list that tells you which fuse corresponds to which item.

When you open your trunk, a light should come on inside.

Thanks for the info I'll open her up tonight and see if I can find the problem. What exactly am I looking for? Will one be burned, discolored, or poped out of place? I should be able to find it we used to have a wrangler that blew fuses every month or so
Anyway thanks for the info Crono
