I have a zc bottom end and i just swapped in a d16z6 vtec head. Dont have the p28 but its coming. My car wont start though. It turns over and wants to start, but it sounds like the timing is off. I checked TDC about 5 times now and it seems to be on. I also aligned it with the distributor and that is correct also. I even checked valve clearance and that is all correct also. After it turns over there is a weird humming sound and I dont know where its coming from. Never had any trouble with it before and no CEL is coming on... ANy thoughts???
