i need some help, this started maybe a month ago when i changed my radiator, i didnt change the fans, well after when i drove home from the mechanic shop, and the fan turned on, my whole car just shakes, this never happened before. i popped my hood trying to figure out where the sound is coming from, i looked everywhere, turn the fan;s blades myself, no noise. its a loud rattling noise.. any ideas? did this happen to any of you guys?.. i did everything, i took off my bumper.. bolted the radiator tight.. so tell me what you guys think.

did you put the rubber mount in the radiator upper metal bracket?

sounds like you didnt mount the fan correct and when it kick in it's rattling inside the engine bay

 

Are you shure that your fan blades are nice and equal all around and that no piece is missing from the blades. That the fan bracket is not bent or loose on the bottom (mine was missing a bolt on the bottom)
