What speakers to match with stock stereo ?????????????????????????????????
Hey guy's & gal's
Alright, I did a little search, but really didn't see what I was looking for, So here is my question. I have a Stock 98" acura cd/player in my 95civic hb, I'm looking for average to alittle above average speakers, to match this stereo.
Things I would like about the speakers.
That they fit in the stock location.
That I don't need to buy a amp.
That they look good , because there will be no back panels in my hatch
That they fit my budget, around 400 but I really dont want to spend 400 more like 250.
Thanks I was thinking about just getting stock 5th gen aura speakers ,but I think i would pay just as much for does at a dealer as a aftermarket set ..

stock stereo =
stock speakers they were meant to work together if u change ur speakers u gotta get a stronger headunit or better yet an amp to power the new speakers. You stock radio is only capable of puttin out about 20-30watts of power if that so u wont benefit from high watt speakers with stock headunit

If you want something inexpensive that will give you decent sound, I'd get some Pioneers. However your best bet is to get a new headunit if you're going to buy new speakers.
Thanks for the reply's ........ Well after reading all of your posts and making a decision I'm now looking for stock speakers, I'm more then possitive that the stock are made by pioneer, but will double check. The reason I don't want to add a amp or buy a new heedunit it I'm trying to keep it looking stock as posible, considering I will not have back panels, but another consern if theft, I really dont want somebody walking by my car see some easy money for the day. It happens alot in Maui,
