Will the engine harness from a 96EX work in a 99EX

Will the engine harness from a 96EX work in a 99EX
Does anyone know if the engine wire harness from a 96 EX will work in a 99EX? In not really concerned about the ECU but Im worried about the wires that run to the fuse box under the hood and the wires that connect to the main wire harness.
