uberdata/hondata is software that allows you to change your fuel, ignition, vtec, injector sizing, boost tables, ftl, fts, etc... You basicaly chip your stock honda ECU and then burn a chip using these programs and install that chip into your ECU.

Well I don't know how you do it in other states, but in CA we have a visual inspection plus smog on a dyno, so you have remove the turbo kit as well.

Uberdata and Hondata both use .bin files, but you can't open one with the other program.
They both allow you to alter the fuel and ignition basemaps, and also allow you to change a few other misc. engine management functions.
The Hondata software allows for multiple/all selecting & copying and pasting of cells (added to Uberdata yet?), setting target lambda overlayed on the fuel basemap table, nitrous control, and allows you to change the 3-stage rev limiter on the fly with a set switch. Those are the refinements of Hondata over Uberdata that I can think of off the top of my head.
