How much (Ballpark) would it cost to paint an '88 CRX?

How much is a b-16a VTEC engine? Ive heard like 3000$ after all the mounting an stuff. (Im Canadian).

Also, Ive been looking at turbos, and for a cheapish one, it looks to cost around 3000$, Is this the cheapest I can get?

If you do the swap yourself you can do it easily way under $2000.
Paint depends on who you know and quality $500-anything.
Turbo kits can be had for cheap if you build a junkyard set up or even piece your own kit together, some people have had great turbo set ups for less then $1000.

 

Listen if you look you can get a motor especially a b16 for dirt cheap. the tranny 500 bucks and it might even come with lsd depending on which one you get. If you get a shop to do it and you have all the parts they should charge you like 500 bucks thats if you have everything. But when you do this something always comes back missing so add another 200-300 just for miscellaneous. if you want a turbo kit i can get you one cheaper than 3000 or for like 700 bucks do a diy turbo kit. And next time please search because this is the 30th time this week i have seen a post like this.

 

oh and to paint that little *** car you should get a sick paint job with a few coats of clear for no more than a g.
