Default rebuilding my motor... should i rebuild my tranny?

I figured I would asl this.. while I had my tranny off of my car.

Simple question- is there anything I should do to my tranny to ensure longevity? Its in perfectly good shape (when it was running) and has no clicks or anything. Should I fix something that isnt broken, or should I leave it be?

The bearings and friction dampeners are pretty expensive, especially the needle bearings and differential bearings.
