Default Redline Synthetic ATF?

I just bought some and after reading on the website it state that it is "GM Dexron II, Ford Mercon, and Mercedes Benz Automatic Transmission Fluid and is suitable for GM, late model Ford, or any vehicle which recommends Dexron IID or Dexron IIE or Mercon for refill. " My concern is that my Honda Owner Manual state that i should used Dexron III. Should I switch back to Dexron III or could I use the Redline ATF????

i will have to agree on that point, even my mechanic, he suggests nothing but their fluid, for some reason, its best engineered for their cars, its not like a whole lot of other brands which share different ATF fluid!

you only need to use honda fluid in 98+ accords. in older ones you can use dexron III. dexron III is just a newer/ better dexron II.
