Default JRSC w/ Kamikaze header (fitment issues)

I hope I'm not the only one to have this problem. I finally bought a Kami header for my R to assist my
sc set up. On the issue of fitment, I noticed the flange that bolts to head is a little rounded. In other words it's not completely flat. I also have to get the primaries port-matched cuase they didn't do too good a job in it's making. And for the down pipe, I'll have to get my exhaust guy to cut the 3 bolt flange off & then rewelde it to srtaighten out the pipe so it centers to meet the cat. In all this I'm hoping for all the $$ I'm spending it's worth it.

The kamikaze header is awesome for its performance with the JRSC, but, the craftsmanship just suck. I just pulled mine off earlier tonight, because the bolts where the downpipe and primaries meet just doesnt go all the way in, because the bolts and nuts they supplied really sucked. Also because it is too rounded at that area. I dont know how they figured that kind of stuff would seal. It caused an exhaust leak for 2 months. Also I had an exhaust leak where the cat and downpipe met too. Mine had the 2.25 collector though. Anyways, I pulled off the kami and the bolts at the primaries are siezed. Im going to chop them off and weld that sucker into a 1 piece to forever solve the problem. As for the leak at the cat and downpipe, im just going to bolt up my carsound to it.
