car stalls after letting off throttle.
i have a 2000 civic ex with greddy turbo kit(EMANAGE). when i let off the gas it will stall. and the engine light does not come on. i had a cel which was the primary o2 sensor. but i replaced it today and it still stalls but no engine light. i thing i noticed is that the recommened spark plug gap is .044 but others in this forum gap down to .028. but i still dont think that woud cause it to stall. also i dont have the bov on my car yet. i dont drive it but would that also b a cause of stalling. i need serious help my car has been down for over a month and a half. p.s, i no emanage sucks but its all i have for now. thans in advance

well there was a hose hangin down. i couldnt figure out were it went. there was no place for it to go. its above from were the coolant line is from the block to the throttle body. i blew into it and there was a line that was pulled off the throttle body, air was comin out of it

i dont no but i hooked it up to the intake anyways. i only have problems when i leave off the throttle. 1 thing i forgot to mention is that i dont have the bov on yet

I pray to god that was a typo and you meant MAP. The 2000 civic DOES NOT have a MAF sensor...
Anyway I had the same problem bro. My car would stall if I didnt igve it continuous gas. It was timing all along........I adjusted the timing and my **** drove like a champ
edit...you are using the e-manage...does that adjust timing wwith boost......

wait..hold the phone...no BOV?? Is it an internal wastegate...if not, that may be your problem!

Oh wow... BOV = Essential. You will accumulate excessive Exhaust Gas Reversion and not to mention extreme compressor damage due to the surge when the TB snaps shut. I'm surprised your I/C piping isn't all over the place.
With internally wastegated turbos, I heard that BOVs aren' t necessary unless you're running mad high boost. But having said that, I would definately check all of your vacuum hoses very carefully...something is definately not hooked up right

uzzled: is this a vacuum line, or the intake hose...?
