Can't fit lower tie bar with Susp. Tech. sway bar!!!PLEASE HELP.
I have a 96 Sol and I bought the Suspension Techniques sway bar and now I cant seem to fit my Skunk2 lower tie bar due to the sway bar mounts. the sway bar is far more effective yet i'd hate to lose the tie bar. Has anyone been able to utilize both of these together. Thanks for any info.

No. The sway bars make WAY more of a difference, so keep them and sell the tie bar.

So there is no chance to fit a tie bar with a sway bar (I am aware of Comptechs setup) Surely someone has found a way around this. I do agree the sway bar IS INDEED more effective yet I would still like to use the tie bar.
i have the suspension techniques sway bar kit for the rear of my 94 dx and used my old tie bar also. what i did was held it up and visualised where it would sit bolted on the cross member with some chuncks of the brace dremeled off. then went ahead and did it, both fit perfectly now, looks like the Comptechs setup (a little more mickey moused)
