Who Cares?

P.S. there's a BIG difference between finding one and owning/getting one!

Showing us an auction where the car didn't sell isn't proof. What this auction shows is that people were only willing to bid $13,200 and the owner wasn't willing to sell it at that price. So the car never changed hands.

And of course you can find an ITR for under $16K. It's almost impossible to find a newer, low-mileage, excellent-condition, clean-title, nicey nice one for that price. But a '97-98 with higher miles, or a newer one with issues? Sure, no problem.

That's not necessary. A salvage title car for $15,500 doesn't prove anything about a "clean" car.

For that matter, I think $15,500 for a salvage title ITR is very high...

Oh yeah, you're the guy who just won't let it die. Apparently you just like to argue on the internet. Heck, no one ever said you couldn't find one for under $16K; she only said that most of the '98s she had seen were around $16K. Which answers your question:

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by junkyard racer &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">who said I couldnt find a type R for under 16K... </TD></TR></TABLE>

The answer is, no one said that.

Maybe instead of arguing on the internet about a car that you apparently can't afford and have no intention of buying, you should just get a life...

point made? youre a fucktard. point made. peoeple were probably whining to you about itr's with clear titles, not ones with salvaged.

even at 17k price point, you can find a clear title itr for 12 if you want 150k miles on it.

arguing over the net/showing people up = just ******* plain retarded.

you in the market to buy a itr, so buy one, stop crying about it on some internet chat board then actually do something with the car asides drive it around like some damn show queen.

You can find Type r's out there with everything good but not very often. This post really makes you look like a jackass since the car didn't sell and it has salvaged title. Look around I got my ITR perfect condition, clean title, 2000 with 21k on the odometer for $16000.00, but the difference is I own mine you are just posting like your some teenage kid or something. Gimme a damn break and post something is someone actually cares about.

I found an 00 ITR with 32k miles that had a salvaged title b/c of theft (seats and stereo stolen, that had been fully repaired and was going for 12k. so ya, they aren't too hard to find when they are salvaged titles.

(Most insurance companies will not deem a car a total loss for seats and stereo missing)

So you are saying that you'd buy a salvage ITR for 15.5 over a clean one for 17.

You really should jump on that deal!

It even includes a set of GENUINE JDM Spoon wheels.
