b16 swap thatr will not start (searched)
Hey... for all those of you taking the time to troubleshoot this with me, i'll give you a good rundown so you don't need to question me as much or suggest things i've tried.
I have an 89 si hatch, I have a JDM second generation b16, I have converted this b16 to obd0 (injectors/dizzy/ecu) I am running a zdyne one wire ecu.
All my fuses are good, my wiring is simple, and very clean. (lets ignore vtec completely) I have an si harness thats all plugged in and not one wire was cut, anything that needed stretching I traced back through the harness and ran alone in heat wrap and tape. My car turns over with fuel and spark I might add (tested spark today) the whole garage stinks and the plugs are wet.... so I have fuel, and a resulting headache
The thermostat ground is secure, the neg. battery-frame-tranny ground is secure.
the valve cover has been grounded.
What could be stopping my car from firing up?
my vaccum lines are all routed, for all I know the engine should just fire right up.... but it won't.

leaving it over-night i come outside to the same problem...
I did find something interesting though...
I have enough plugs on my harness to get to almost everything...
but upon searching I found that there is a plug on the intake manifold (not the one on the 4th runner, but under the plenum near the throttle body, I have nothing plugged in there and I'm all out of plugs to plug *confused*
there are two things that I don't have plugged in at all, and neither of them fit on the plug. It is the exact same shape and would accept the same plug that I have plugged in on my 4th intake runner, but then IT would have no plug... It would also fit the plugs on my tps and the thermostat housing plug.
The two things that I have NOT plugged in (no place for em) is a big rubber boot with 2 little plugs inside, and the second is a regular clip plug but extra small and kinda flat...
ANY ideas?

and about the 2 plugs. the big rubber one with the 2 small plugs inside go to the fan switch. the other I believe was for some sort of fast idle valve. are the wires blue/white-blue/yellow and the other black?

It is also somewhat possible the gas in the tank is just kinda stale and old.... i'm gunna fill her right up with premium before I crank it over again.
tha gas is at least a year old.... little less then a 1/4 tank with an octane booster added, so its hard to say
