Just got a 91 civic hb si need help.
I just recently purchased a 91 civic si hb and am looking to put in a few mods (supsension, engine & exhaust) Already put in a performance clutch, lighted fly wheel and short shifter. Looking to put in a cold air intake, performance exhaust and possibly a turbo along with performance supension and brakes. Have heard greddy exhaust, aem cold air intake are the best along with dc sports tie bars and and headers. Have gotten some suggestions towards a v-tech controler and to up grade my ecu. Have seen chips availble to replace the stock chips but have some concerns towards these. Also have some concerns with the turbo with the little amount of torque the car has. Any tips and suggestions would greatly be appreciated to increase power and torque.
You'll need a vtec motor (not v-tech, thats a phone) before a vtec controller will help you. You didnt say the motor had been swapped so I'm assuming its just the stock SI motor.

LOL.
When the time comes for you, there will be a different set of specs to deal with. Wish I were you. But why wait? You should just start working at a shop.
