i know altezzas are played, but i saw a silver teg with painted red altezza's in a magazine ad, it looked clean, a friend told me to use the testors tranparent spray, but do i need to use a clear coat to prevent fading ?
what brand of clear coat should i use... and can some one help me out with the process or steps.

use any clear coat, i used duplicolor from an auto parts store. the can i bought had a "fan" nozzle which made it easy to spary paint.
you may need to wet sand the lights when everything dries up, there is usually a "orange peel" look which needs to be sanded.

search for taillights.
