Default Rear CRX brakes question.

About 2 months ago, i was driving to hooters with a bunch of friends. I kept pumping my brakes and the next thing you know, my car shuts off and i have no brakes. I immediately start up the car and drive to the nearest gas station without brakes. When I parked the car, i noticed that the brake fluid was leaking from both the rear brake lines. For a quick fix, my friends clamped down the hose so i only use the front brakes. How much you guys think it would cost to get it fixed at a shop? or what parts will i need to fix this problem myself? i know i'm going to need rear pads because they were basically warn out.
