Im fairly new to Honda's and I did search albeit a little but still I did and I saw plenty of sohc vtec zc's but can a b16 head be used on the zc block?

well im an all-motor fan and i would like to go further w/ the zc but im finding parts are a beeeeyotch to find for it ive searched and i found cam gears but thats it besides what i have (i/h/e) i bought the car with the zc already in so im like contuine zc or go LS, B16,GSR etc.....

 

Go B-Series.. The DOHC ZC is like a bastard DOHC D-Series. The B would never work. Diff series engines.

 

no a zc czn't be a dohc vtec but i have found a bunch a **** that helped me with simple over haul type ****.
it ain't nothin that really makes a huge difference but it still helps.

I miss my baby ZC i had in my 1st gen rex.. Still a fun little motor.
just gotta search out mods. I wonder if intake manifolds for the sohc
d will fit? Im pretty sure the headers fit but not sure about intake mani's.

 

yup im fairly happy with it (zc crx) but i know it could be much much faster and plus my last car was a 240whp starion im kinda spoiled
