well i did the mpfi swap on my 91 civic hatch...the problem i have is that my car wants to start but it cant...it cranks or something but it wont start...i hear this like buzzing or crackling inside...where i think the main relay is...could this be the problem for it not starting...

i try and start my car but it will not start...it just keeps turning over...while i am trying to crank the is a crackling or buzzing comming from where the main relay is...does that mean its bad...? also i know i am getting fuel is there a way to test injectors or spark?
