clutch fits but pressure plate doesnt line up to flywheel? whats up?

Default clutch fits but pressure plate doesnt line up to flywheel? whats up?

the clutch is for a 89-91 civic came with pressure plate, could it be i have the wrong pressure plate?, trying to bolt up to a d16z6

is it for an 89 or 90-91 the clutch that is, cause they are two diff sizes. 89 is 200mm and 90-91 is 212mm. also what flywheel are you using?

i thought all 89-91 clutch kits were the same wtf? im talkinga bout the pressure plate not the clutch

hrmm.... i think an 89 is different than a 90-91 pressure plate... not too sure though.. sounds like it might just be a wrong pressure plate.

clutch and pressure plate for 89 is 200mm diameter - 90 and up are 212mm diameter - the 89 pressure plate will not bolt to 90 & up flywheel - the bolt circle for the pressure plate attaching bolts is larger diameter on 90 & up - if you have 90 or newer flywheel, you need 90 & up clutch and pressure plate - 89 won't work
