From what I remember in a H-T thread,t he throttle body porting pretty much just increases throttle response; no big HP to be gained by doing it.
I also remeber someone saying not to go with aftermarket ones (obviously exceptions, Spoon, etc) because they tend to stick, and not be as well made.
Just me memory fromt he last time we discused this topic in case anyone cares

Yes i should say that i did notice a slight increase in power from what i could tell. Obviously i need to get on a dyno and drive the car a bit more but from initial reaction and test drive i like the results. But most of all the throttle response is awesome. Tightening the throttle cable slack from the factory did help but the TB being bored out helps as well. This place does good work. Turnaround time was an important factor to myself and Dustin (S&P500itr). Regards,

Yup, Garth (spoonek9), I decided to give it a try
At the plate they bored it to 64.5mm and tapered to about 70mm.
It was not necessary to port/match the manifold.
I did have a slight problem (CEL) at first, but after a few minor tweaks I was able to get the idle back to normal and reset the ecu, so no more cel.
I definitely need to tune my car.
