Default Who knows there Emissions?? I failed

well i went to emissions today with my sol. i just put an h23 in it. i dont have the egr hooked up yet. but i went for it anyways.

(idle testing)
my HC was 2000 (supposed to be 220 lol)
my CO was 6.51 (supposed to be 1.2)

i also think theres something wrong with my TPS because my idle is weird...

my c02 was fine. it was at 7.6

im thinking my egr will help this a lot. there might be a leak in my header too.

map sensor is new.
injectors i would assume fine.
fuel pressure fine
ecu is fine
my o2 sensor may be fubar. who knows.
tps might also be off.

7.6 is terrible... it should be at least 14.5.. the higher the better. it's basically a indication of engine efficiency.. seeing as how LOW it is, i would take a look at how good your ignition system is.

how is your o2 readings? i'm betting its more than 0.5%...

as far as checking the map... what is the map voltage? your map sensor may be perfectly fine, but if u have a vacuum leak, the voltage will be high eventhough the sensor itself is fine.

What ECU are you running? Do you know if your cat is good? I would guess that you have a vacum leak somewhere? Hooking that EGR up will definately help!

i dont have the IAB or EGR hooked up (i dont think the IAB would effect this though) also my cat should be good. ill obviously test it out though. my ecu is either a p14 or p13 (i always forget. but its from a 94 prelude si.)
