How much is my B18C Rex worth? (56K warning)
Thinking about selling the rex for a TT Z. i just bought a EG CX hatch for a daily driver for $800 lol. Im not sure how much to ask for my rex. Prolems with the car:
1. Car needs to be repainted (roof especially)
2. Rust by wheel wells, and a little on hood/sunroof.
3. hit a curb, so the steering rack, and misc. balljoints need to be replaced. alignment isn't perfect, but good.
Specs:
100k on car (90 CRX Si)
~30k on JDM B18C.
Y1 nonLSD trans...grinds a little in 3rd, not much at all in 2nd
Skunk2 intake manifold
OBD1 conversion using Blown90Hatch's harness.
using obd1 injectors, distributor, and a Chipped P28 w/ all motor program.
DC 4-2-1 header. straight exhaust.
MSD SCI-L ignition.
94 GSR cluster swap.
JDM CR-X SiR rear wing.
94-95 GSR wheels w/ new AVS ES100's up front
lowered on sprint springs w/ 4 wheel camber kit.
EXEDY racing clutch w/ street disc.
5% professional Tint job (rear & 2 sides)
How much should i ask? $3900?

mann...JDM ITR valve cover would look sooo much better than this painted jdm b16 one

YES OBO is a very important thing. Always set it high and the work the price down.

But if you set it high, the people will not give it a second look
Id pay about 3500 for the car though, rust + alignment problems arent cheap and new paint will also bring down the value quite a bit

they may look worse but they dont have RUST, and the front steering/supension isnt fucked.
I would say 3500-4000 is a fair price, if i were you id ask 4500 and negotiate down to 4k
